The comfort of a passenger elevator is decided by early choices such as cabin capacity, door type and drive system. That is why, before quoting, we ask for your shaft dimensions, number of stops and how the building is used, and prepare the product around them.
If you are only renewing the cabin of an existing elevator, the Cabin package fits; if the car frame and safety gear are also being replaced, choose Cabin + Suspension; for a new elevator built from scratch, the Complete Kit is the right choice.

The cabin arrives together with its car frame and safety gear. For projects renewing the cabin and the suspension together.
03Only installation needed
Complete Kit
Everything the elevator needs to run, in one package: cabin, suspension, machine, controller, rails, doors and every other component. All that is left is installation.
Installation and maintenance are not included in any package; VEXA does not provide installation or maintenance. Products are delivered ready for installation by your own team or the authorised installer you work with.

Common questions
How long does it take to prepare a passenger elevator cabin?
It depends on the package, the cabin design and the order quantity. We share a production and delivery schedule for your project together with the quote.
Should I choose a machine-room or a machine-room-less elevator?
Machine-room-less (MRL) systems save space because they need no separate room on the roof. Machine-room systems can be the better choice where high speed and capacity are needed. In the Complete Kit, we decide together based on shaft dimensions, building height and traffic.
What determines the price of a passenger elevator?
The package, capacity, number of stops, door type, cabin materials and drive system are the main factors. Once we have your details, we prepare an itemised quote.
Can I renew the cabin of my existing elevator?
Yes. We can build a new cabin to the dimensions of your existing shaft and car frame; if the frame is also being replaced, the Cabin + Suspension package is the better fit.
Does VEXA install the elevator?
No. VEXA does not provide installation or maintenance. All products, including the Complete Kit, arrive ready for installation by your own team or the authorised installer you work with.
